Our 30-day return promise
We want every toy to bring joy. If you're not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, opened plush toys, art supplies (clay, paints, pencils) and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
How to start a return
- Email contact@msroyalllc.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
