Follow the age guidance
Every product lists a recommended age range. These ranges are based on safety and developmental suitability, not just intelligence or skill. Please follow them carefully.
Small parts warning
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Some toys contain small parts, small balls or marbles that are not suitable for children under 3 years. Always check the packaging label.
Everyday safety tips
- Supervise young children during play, especially with ride-ons, scooters and outdoor toys.
- Use appropriate protective gear (helmets, knee pads) with scooters and ride-on toys.
- Inspect toys regularly for damage, loose parts or sharp edges, and repair or discard broken toys.
- Keep batteries and battery compartments out of reach of children; replace batteries only as an adult.
- Remove and discard all packaging, plastic bags and ties before giving a toy to a child.
- Store toys in a safe place to prevent trips and falls.
Cleaning & care
- Wipe plastic and wooden toys with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; let air-dry.
- Plush toys can generally be surface-washed – check the care label.
- Keep art supplies sealed when not in use.
