Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays can occasionally happen during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where supported by the carrier.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email contact@msroyalllc.store within 7 days with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
